PROJECT BRIEF
The project brief
The floor plate was generous but lacked anchors. A dispersed layout would have felt empty and weakened the experience during quieter hours.
Each option is tested across planning, materials, lighting and buildability to keep the design intent consistent through to completion.
DESIGN RESPONSE
The design response grows from how the space is used.
The space is divided into smaller clusters through level changes, lighting and loose furniture rather than solid walls, retaining flexibility while creating intimacy.
