PROJECT BRIEF
The project brief
Team size changes from project to project, so the plan needed to adapt quickly without renovation whenever staffing levels shifted.
Each option is tested across planning, materials, lighting and buildability to keep the design intent consistent through to completion.
DESIGN RESPONSE
The design response grows from how the space is used.
Work clusters are organised as modules, meeting rooms sit around the perimeter and flexible desking allows density to change over time.
Material palette
Natural oak / textured plaster / brushed metal / soft textiles
Design focus
Daylight / circulation / storage / tactile surfaces
