PROJECT BRIEF
The project brief
The long, deep floor plate had only one open façade, leaving inner work areas short on daylight and difficult to connect.
Each option is tested across planning, materials, lighting and buildability to keep the design intent consistent through to completion.
DESIGN RESPONSE
The design response grows from how the space is used.
A shared core was placed at the centre to structure the plan, while glazed partitions allow daylight to pass through several layers of use.
